homicidal somnambulism

"My mom Moxxi always told me if I slimmed down, men’d pay me more mind. Shows what she knows - I got these boys bendin’ over backwards just to get my attention and I didn’t have to do nothin’!"

Borderlands 2 - Ellie

Cosplay and post-process - Hija

The attention to detail in this is AMAZING! I LOVE the faithfulness to Borderlands’ aesthetic with the accent lines on her face, boobs, etc, and all the accessories.

"Heaven" is fucking right!

"Heaven" is fucking right!

Two Dunkleosteus fighting. Supervised by Martin Ruecklin, Philippe Janvier and John Long. 10Tons

Firstly, this is badass.

Secondly, those fuckers have some scary teeth!

Thirdly, I initially read their name as “Dunklesaurus” and now I can’t get it out of my head. xD

I hope they play this in December.

This day in history:

Minutes before giving a speech on a campaign stop in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Theodore Roosevelt is shot in an assassination attempt.

The would-be assassin’s bullet is slowed down after travelling through a steel eyeglass case and the folded, fifty page speech he intended to give, stopping in his chest.  Realizing that he wasn’t coughing up blood, Roosevelt figured he was well enough to go ahead and deliver his speech rather than rush to the hospital.

He spoke for the next 90 minutes, opening with the words:

Ladies and gentlemen, I don’t know whether you fully understand that I have just been shot; but it takes more than that to kill a Bull Moose.”

Doctors deemed it too risky to remove the bullet, and Roosevelt carried it with him inside his body for the rest of his life.

The Women of Asgarda | In the Ukraine, a country where females are victims of sexual trafficking and gender oppression, a new tribe of empowered women is emerging. Calling themselves the “Asgarda”, the women seek complete autonomy from men. Residing in the Carpathian Mountains, the tribe is comprised of 150 women of varying ages, primarily students, led by 30 year-old Katerina Tarnouska. Reviving the tribal traditions of the Scythian Amazons of ancient Greek mythology, the Asgarda train in martial arts, taught by former Soviet karate master, Volodymyr Stepanovytch, and learn life skills and sciences in order to become ideal women.

This is still the raddest thing ever.

Bad. Ass. I wanna know what’s up with the undercuts, though? Because I love them.
